In September 2002, the 1st factory officially operated with an area of 27,000 m2, reaching a maximum capacity of 20 million products per year. Also here, in 2011 the mold & product research and development department, and mechanical workshop with an area of 2000 m2 were established, marking Viet Nhat's ability to own and process injection molds by themselves..
With the strength of high-precision CNC machines and a team of qualified staff, technicians and mechanics, Viet Nhat has been consulting on the design, manufacture and processing of injection molds, blowing mold, high-tech stamping mold, to meet all the needs of customers.
In August 2012, the 2nd factory was established and put into operation with an area of 37,000m2, reaching a maximum capacity of 80 million products per year. Factory 2 becomes the capital of bottles, cans and jars with a modern semi-automatic system. In September 2017, the 3rd factory officially went into operation with an area of up to 98,000 m2. The 3rd factory owns an automatic injection molding machine line, using a modern robotic arm with a capacity of 250 to 900 tons.
Our value chain is complete from warehousing of finished products, stocking goods for sale, checking orders, loading and delivering goods directly to distributors. On average, Viet Nhat delivers about 100 trucks from 2 tons to 9 tons per day to all regions to bring quality products to customers.
In September 2022, the production management and administration building was officially inaugurated, which is a modern and professional workplace for our staff operating the factory.
With a maximum capacity of nearly 50,000 tons of plastic products per year, Viet Nhat continuously improves and launches new products. The system of more than 2000 products with a variety of types, models, high quality according to ISO 9001: 2015 has almost completely met the needs of household plastic product of Vietnamese people.
